About the event
Welcome to Bring the Heat 2025! This year, we keep the team structure of Male/Male & Female/Female teams of two but expand the divisions available for registration with 3 exciting events scheduled to put your fitness, weightlifting and gymnastics skills to the test!
Divisions available for registration are listed below. If you are unsure of which division to register for, competition standards will align with the standards set forth in our weekly Vida programming to date.
