At CrossFit 360Vida, all merchandise is produced on a print-on-demand basis. This means each item is custom-made once an order is placed, helping us reduce waste and offer premium-quality products without holding excess stock.

Made-to-Order Items
All CrossFit 360Vida merchandise is custom-produced per order through a trusted third-party fulfilment partner. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse
We strongly encourage customers to review sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfilment error, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue by:

Return shipping costs for fulfilment errors will be covered by CrossFit 360Vida.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for sizing errors or personal preference

The item may be held for a limited period. Unclaimed items after 30 days may be donated or discarded. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.

All CrossFit 360Vida merchandise includes a 30-day quality guarantee. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
