What is She Moves?

She Moves is a women’s-only membership package at CrossFit 360Vida designed to empower women who may feel intimidated by traditional CrossFit or weight training. These classes focus on low-intensity interval training (LIIT), building technique at lighter loads, and creating a safe, supportive environment where women can grow stronger and more confident at their own pace.
