Whether you are officially competing at HYROX Cape Town (3–5 April 2026) or simply want to challenge your fitness, this event gives you the opportunity to test your engine, refine your strategy, and experience true race conditions.
Event Overview
Participants can choose between a Half Simulation or Full Simulation, completed either individually or in doubles. This event is open to everyone, members and non-members alike, regardless of competition experience.
